Diasporas play a needed role in providing a safe net in development of home countries, and countries of residence.

In this study, Dr. Lovesun Parent Ed.D. evaluates how international donors like the USAID engages the diaspora, as well as how diaspora groups, networks, or coalitions enhance the role of international development donors.

In addition, the research finds out how USAID employees are incentivized to implement new partnership strategies and policies.
