The Unspoken Truth: Many of us struggle with self-worth. We chase external validation, compare ourselves to others, and let negative self-talk dim our inner light.

Instructions: Read each statement carefully and answer based on how strongly it resonates with you:

Scoring:

Assign yourself 1 point for each “Strongly Agree” answer to questions 1, 3, 4, and 10. Assign yourself 1 point for each “Strongly Disagree” answer to questions 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

Results:

  • 8-10 points: You have a strong sense of self-worth! You celebrate your strengths, forgive yourself for shortcomings, and prioritise your well-being. Keep nurturing this positive self-image.
  • 5-7 points: You’re on the right track! While you might experience self-doubt sometimes, you generally believe in yourself and your worth. Continue to challenge negative thoughts and focus on your strengths.
  • 0-4 points: There’s room for growth in your self-worth journey. Don’t be discouraged! This quiz is a starting point. Consider exploring resources or therapy to build a stronger sense of self-love and self-acceptance.
